Work with Us

About Working with Better Days

Better Days is fueled by the incredible power of collective action. As of April 2023, Better Days has employed over 60 professionals and has worked with thousands of volunteers from around the world. Investing in our team strengthens our ability to provide quality services to the people we work with. We attract capable and passionate humanitarians who understand the context of our work and have experience working with formal and grassroots initiatives.

From the olive groves of Moria to the suburbs of Thessaloniki and the streets of Athens, we come together to combat social injustice and support people experiencing displacement. Underlying everything we do is the simple belief that everyone, everywhere, deserves to be treated with dignity.

  • We come together to respond to humanitarian emergencies and stand in solidarity with displaced people.
  • We are motivated by the collective abilities and passion of everyday people and grassroots humanitarians.
  • We are an international team united by a fierce determination to bring innovative solutions to humanitarian action and dignify the delivery of aid.

Partnerships

Thank you for your interest in working with Better Days. We lead with the conviction that displaced children and youth should have access to positive and safe environments so they can build better futures. Our partners are expected to share our organizational values and core beliefs so that we can entrust them to use them as a guiding principle in all their interactions with participants inside and outside the physical boundaries of Gekko.
